All Time Painters, LLC warrants that the labor provided by All Time Painters, LLC in connection with any painting services performed for the customer ("the Customer") shall be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of completion of the project (the "Warranty Period"). If the Customer discovers any defects in the workmanship of the All Time Painter, LLC's labor during the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defects or redo the affected work at no additional cost to the Customer.

This warranty does not cover:

• Any damage or defects caused by the Customer or any third party, including but not limited to accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance.
• Any defects or damage caused by normal wear and tear or the natural aging of the materials used in the project.
• Any changes or modifications made to the project by the Customer or any third party after the completion of the project.

To make a claim under this warranty, the Customer must notify All Time Painters, LLC in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect and provide proof of purchase. All Time Painters, LLC will then evaluate the claim and determine whether it is covered under this warranty. If the claim is determined to be covered, the Company will take appropriate action to repair or redo the affected work within a reasonable time period.

This warranty is non-transferable and is only available to the original Customer who hired All Time Painters, LLC to perform the painting services. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Customer for any defects in the All Time Painter, LLC's labor, and All Time Painters shall not be liable for any other damages or losses arising from or related to the project.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
